Dougherty County Schools' new personalized employee benefits portal requires a user ID and password. Your personal user ID and password is as follows:

User Identification = Up to the first 6 letters of your last name, + the first letter of your first name, + the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

Example: Mary Henderson, Social Seciurity Number 999-00-1234 would have a user ID of henderm1234 and a password of 999001234

Password = your full Social Security Number (without dashes)

You will be asked to change your password upon entry to the system.
